Bicep Peaks | Best Way To Build Your Long Head (INTENSE EXERCISES)

Need to build a better bicep peak?

Today is all about little tweaks and variations you can do to actively engage the long head of your bicep which is the primary factor in how much your bicep peaks.

Few things to note, these variations are for people who really have a hard time connecting with the long head. I still think any variation of drag curls are the ultimate way to target the peak.

How to build a wider back and huge biceps. Nice little PULL WORKOUT. In this video, I had a special guest, the boy Rajeeb. He been working out for a minute, he taught me a lot about good form. He strong af no cap.
Make sure to get a timer and time your rests, aim for 2 minutes. If you want to keep track of your reps, write them down after each set, it’ll help you progress later on.

Why biceps and not triceps ?!
I’m sure some of you are asking this question …
We have often felt the pumping of the triceps during chest exercises for a simple reason, because during chest exercises, the triceps is the secondary muscle that is exercised! So, the fatigue and energy we spend when training the chest, we feel it in the triceps.
That is why I choose the biceps that is fresh.
The chest is a large muscle, it must be attacked from different angles, in different shapes.

How To Get Stronger Biceps With Mountain Peaks

Today we focused a lot on the bicep muscle. We were testing our strength and finding our one rep maxes as well working on the eccentric of the movement in a few of the exercises.
Barbell curls to the forehead are a great exercise for building the peaks on your biceps. We done a few sets and moved onto a few other bicep and tricep exercises.
