Need to build a better bicep peak?
Today is all about little tweaks and variations you can do to actively engage the long head of your bicep which is the primary factor in how much your bicep peaks.
Few things to note, these variations are for people who really have a hard time connecting with the long head. I still think any variation of drag curls are the ultimate way to target the peak.
