Arms Day is one of my favorite days at the gym. It doesn’t matter who you are, as a guy, I guaranty you that you like those big arms, and if you do, well here is one of my favorite routines feel free to try it out and do let me know how you feel about it.

 I like doing this workout because it includes some of my favorite exercises. This workout is  great because i use the perfect rep range for hypertrophy (lean muscle-building). Be sure to use weight that’s heavy enough so the last few reps are pretty difficult.

Building Biceps Peak GAINZ One Arm Dumbbell Standing incline curls

I.G.T. It’s Grow Time: Biceps peak GAINZ one arm dumbbell standing incline curls.

Training your biceps this way will contract better peak definition.

Its just one of the Variations you can use besides seated machine preacher curls, concentration or standing cable machine flex curls for biceps peak.

3 sets 10-15 reps each.
